Calling all dog lovers! Join MY WNDY Pet Pals TV hosts Patty Spitler and Paul Poteet for the Westminster Kennel Club 137th Annual Dog Show. First held in 1877, this all-breed show is the second longest continuously held sporting event in the U.S., behind only the Kentucky Derby. You’ll have a two-day pass to attend the judging at Piers 92/94 (daytime) and Madison Square Garden (evening). There will also be opportunities to see the dogs up close and visit with the owners and handlers over the course of two days. Your package includes reserved seating for the evening judging at Madison Square Garden.
Enjoy a wine and cheese reception with your fellow travelers upon arrival at your hotel, the Novotel New York Times Square. The last day in New York is on your own to explore the city before departing for Indianapolis.
Itinerary
Hotel
Sun, Feb 10: Fly to Newark, New Jersey and transfer to the Novotel New York Times Square in Manhattan. A wine and cheese reception will be held at the hotel.
Mon, Feb 11: With your two-day pass to the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show you can go in and out as you please for the show. You will have a reserved seat for the evening judging at Madison Square Garden.
Tue, Feb 12: Attend the second day of the show, with the “Best in Show” chosen at the end. You will have a reserved seat for the evening judging at Madison Square Garden.
Wed, Feb 13: The day is on your own to explore New York City until your departure for Indianapolis in the evening.
