Lunch on your own before a visiting the New York Library. Tonight, attend an evening performance of the first Broadway revival of the musical Promises, Promises, starring Kristen Chenoweth (of Wicked and Pushing Daisies) and Sean Hayes (of TV’s Will & Grace). The music, by Burt Bacharach and lyrics by Hal David, includes the Grammy award-winning number, “I’ll Never Fall in Love Again.”
Fri, Oct 15: Tour Brooklyn in the morning; the rest of the day at your leisure to explore New York City.
Sat, Oct 16: Discover the life-like art of wax figures on a morning tour of Madam Tussauds wax museum. Follow with brunch at The Russian Tea Room, which was founded by members of the Russian Imperial Ballet in 1927, before heading to the airport for the flight back to Indianapolis. (BR)
